The flower bud is in the opening process.The snap must have been taken in the morining.When the weather is warm all the petals will be expanded.

Dear Palanky Narayana; You are right as the abdomen looks like Drosohila species but I am confused with the star shaped appendages near it.Are they part of the nymph photographed?
