Tomato Soup - It is one of the easiest soups one can make. The soup is rich and buttery and uses very little cream. Although many people add cornflour to thicken the soup, I prefer using the natural starch of a potato. The outer covering is made of maida and the filling is a mix of dry fruits and mava. The filling can be made of moong dal or urad dal.
