m banerjee The tyre marks giving value to the existence of the tree in original pic. The height of tree is challenging the sky. Everyone's view may differ but I personally feel that we should not "edit" others creativity

palanki-narayana In the original version the ground and the sky bisect the photo resulting in the competition of dual elements. The tree also bisects the frame being plumb at the centre of the frame. Rule of thirds is applied to correct both. A still better composition is obtained using horizontal format. Please try to visualise my l suggestion made for the original picture.
